Khairul Rusydi lives at the intersection of design, education technology, and youth development. The co-founder and CEO of Reactor, Rusydi has trained over 3,000 students and young professionals, and presented to a collective audience of over 10,000 on Entrepreneurial Education (EntreEd). He has won, mentored and judged at several tech, start-up and business plan competitions. Rusydi also consults for schools and corporations on how to design an entrepreneurial curriculum and build an innovative culture. Rusydi has represented Singapore at various international platforms, including the ASEAN-India Exchange programme and the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES), sponsored by the American Embassy. Most recently, he represented the country at the APEC Youth for Voices Summit in Beijing, and the Commonwealth Youth Forum in London. He currently serves on the board of *SCAPE. A previous SPRING Executive Development Scholar (EDS), Rusydi consults for SMEs in the domain of Business Excellence (BE), across the 7 categories of Leadership, Customers, Strategy, People, Processes, Knowledge and Results. He has also previously consulted for an Israeli tech company while an undergraduate, and is an assessor for the Singapore Quality Award (SQA) and the Singapore Service Excellence Medallion (SSEM). Rusydi is also admitted to the prestigious Sandbox Network, a global community of the top 1,000 young change makers under 30. A self-taught designer and scientist-by-training, Rusydi is currently researching in a new field called Workforce Science, which combines the domains of human resources, applied psychology and data analytics.
