Synopsis

The pharmaceuticals & biotech industry has found itself at the centre of global attention in the past year, and is set to grow exponentially as the COVID-19 pandemic rages on. As a globally competitive and innovative biomedical hub, Singapore is home to both global pharmaceutical firms and over 350 biotechnology start-ups, producing over $19 billion worth of therapies for global markets yearly.

Discover+: Pharmaceuticals & Biotech, co-organised by Advisory and Cardinal Health, provides students with the opportunity to hear from experienced professionals from organisations like Amgen, Cardinal Health, GlaxoSmithKline Pte Ltd, and Sandoz! Through Discover+: Pharmaceuticals & Biotech, students can find out more about careers in the sector, and learn how best to position themselves for careers in this exciting field.

The Discover+ Series is a series of events, delivered through online digital solutions and sponsored by Workforce Singapore, which give students the chance to speak directly with working professionals and learn about careers they aspire to enter.
