Hosea strongly believes in giving back, because we have been given so much in our lives. Currently, he works as the Director of Microsoft Philanthropies, Asia & the Pacific.

Prior to his current position, he worked in multiple public and people sector, such as the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre where he was the Director for Volunteerism Division. At Habitat for Humanity International, he held multiple portfolios, such as the Director of Programmes for Singapore, the Regional Programme Manager, looking after Northeast Asia, and the Sichuan Earthquake Response Director, overseeing the post-earthquake recovery projects in Sichuan. 

Outside of work, Hosea has worked in Myanmar working among the child soldiers, worked on Cyclone Nargis project in Myanmar, as well as tribal work in Thailand. He has volunteered locally as well as overseas, such as in Nepal and India, as well as Sri Lanka and Aceh post tsunami.
