Discover+: Aviation (18 October)
The aviation industry is essential for global tourism, international business and trade, and more. In Singapore, the sector is forecasted to grow by 126% in the next 20 years, according to a report by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Despite being known as a major aviation hub, Singapore’s aviation industry continues to expand and innovate, with the more energy-efficient and pandemic-ready Changi Airport Terminal 5 slated for operations in the mid-2030s.
Discover+: Aviation, co-organised by Advisory and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), provides students with the opportunity to hear from professionals working in organisations such as CAAS, Changi Airport Group, SATS, and Singapore Airlines! Through Discover+: Aviation, students can find out more about careers related to the aviation industry and learn how best to position themselves for careers in this exciting field.
The Discover+ Series is a series of events, delivered through online digital solutions and sponsored by Workforce Singapore, which gives students the chance to speak directly with working professionals and learn about careers they aspire to enter.
